Willow Creek Church.

While in Chicago, we attended church at Willow Creek. It is a very large church.  The main sanctuary hold about 10,000.  They have a Saturday night service and 2 Sunday morning services.

And while parking might seem to be a problem, they have it down to a science.  It only took us 10 minutes to get out of the parking lot.

Porterhouse Chops.

While reading a cooking magazine, they referred to Rib-eye and Tenderloin pork chops.  I guess this is the new nomenclature for pork chops.  Somehow, when I think of Rib-eye and Tenderloin I think of beef and not pork.  I suppose next they will have Rib-eye and Tenderloin lamb chops.

Grape Vodka.

The other day when I was in wine country, I saw a sign advertizing “Grape Vodka”.  Somehow, I always thought that Vodka was made from potato s, Tequila from cactus and Whiskey from grain.  I guess we expect to see potato wine.
