A bace is a musical instrument or a music range.  Now I know that some or most of you will say that a bass is a musical instrument or a music range but I don&#8217;t understand how you can construe that.<\/p>\n<p>Ass is pronounce ass.  Add a b to it and you get bass.  Ace is pronounce ace.   Add a b to it and you get bace.<\/p>\n<p>I know, most of you have been taught that bass can be pronounce with the a as a long vowel but this defies all of the rules of grammar.
