The other day when I was feeling ill, having some soup for lunch sounded really good.\u00a0 So, I headed for the store to buy a can.<\/p>\n
Now, I didn’t really know what I wanted for soup, so\u00a0 I cruised the soup isle.\u00a0 After looking at an assortment, I spotted some split pea soup.\u00a0 Since I love split pea soup, it sounded like a winner.<\/p>\n
But, when I warmed it up and took my first spoon full, there was nothing.\u00a0 Literally, nothing.\u00a0 No pea taste, no ham taste, no carrot taste, just goo.<\/p>\n
Now, I can’t say that it was offensive, because in order for it to be offensive, it would need to taste like something.\u00a0 But, since it didn’t, it wasn’t.<\/p>\n
Well, since it was my only lunch option, I ate the stuff.\u00a0 After all, the can did say that it was healthy.<\/p>\n
Next time, I will go for the clam chowder in stead.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
