{"id":7206,"date":"2014-06-24T10:15:04","date_gmt":"2014-06-24T15:15:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nedandkathyswift.com\/?p=7206"},"modified":"2014-06-18T10:26:59","modified_gmt":"2014-06-18T15:26:59","slug":"zucchini","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nedandkathyswift.com\/?p=7206","title":{"rendered":"Zucchini!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Normally, this time of the year the produce section of our local grocery store is fully of Zucchini.\u00a0 So, when I wanted to buy one for grilling, I surprised to discover a shortage of them.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, I located some on the end of the isle for $.99 a pound.\u00a0 But a closer examination revealed that they were $1.99 a pound.\u00a0 But wait, that&#8217;s not $1.99 per pound, that is $1.99 each!!<\/p>\n<p>They were organic and individually wrapped.\u00a0 I guess wrapping them individually keeps them from contamination.\u00a0 And while I didn&#8217;t like the price, I needed a Zucchini for supper to I paid the price.\u00a0 Of course, next week there will probably be a million of them in the store but that is neither here nor there.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Normally, this time of the year the produce section of our local grocery store is fully of Zucchini.\u00a0 So, when I wanted to buy one for grilling, I surprised to discover a shortage of them.
