The AMA has revised the blood pressure standards again. It went from 140/90 to 130/80. And this revision is expected to effect 46% of the population. Since the original standard was good in 2003 what has changed? Was the 2003 standard based on defective research?
Since almost half of the population now has high blood pressure according to this new standard, it sounds like a massive pay increase for “Big Pharma” and all of their cronies.
