Our bathrooms, here at work, have motion sensors with timers on the lights.  If they don’t detect any motion after a couple of minutes, they shut off the lights.  While this may save on electricity, it does leave people stranded in the dark on a regular basis.  And, unfortunately, the sensors are around the corners so, unless you are leaving the bathroom, no amount of wiggling with reactivate the lights.

This morning, I wasn’t quick enough and got stuck in the dark.  Fortunately, I knew where everything was.
