One year for Christmas, we received an electric pizza oven. Not only could you use it to make pizza, you could also use it to make sandwiches, omelets, fried eggs and pancakes. In fact, the electric pizza oven functioned much like an electric griddle. And it duplicated most of the functions that you could get with an electric fry pan.
