My wife’  parents received a phone call early this morning from the local sheriff.  It was 12 am and the sheriff asked if they owned such and such car.  They said that they did.  Then the sheriff asked if they had loaned the car to anyone.  They said that the car was in their garage.  The sheriff then said that he was in a high speed chase after their car.   So, my wife’s parents checked and sure enough, their car was missing.

It seems that a known car thief had been release from jail that day and had discovered their house.  Well, in the course of the evening, he broke into their garage and stole their car.

He is back in jail now.  I hope he likes the food.
