Three years ago, a  man was reported missing.  Well, today, the police are wondering if he was ever found.

I guess it is safe to say that the police were not actively looking for him and that his friends weren’t too concerned about him either.  So, if he is still missing, I suspect that  the police will have a hard time picking up the trail.
