Well, I had my first encounter with a Chevy Volt on the expressway this morning. And yes, you guessed it, it was driving 55 MPH in the left lane during rush hour traffic.
I managed to pass it on the right but it is only a matter of time before someone rear-ends it. Maybe that it why they catch on fire.
