When I first purchased a microwave oven, I was told to never cook eggs in them because the eggs would blow up. And, having experienced that on one occasion, I became a believer.
But, recently, I ran across an article on how to cook eggs in a microwave. So, I decided to try it.
A 1/3 cup of water, add egg to water, cook for about 50 seconds, drain. Perfectly poached egg. Add to muffin with Canadian bacon, top with Hollandais and you have eggs Benedict. Yum!! Oh, I use instant Hollandais.
