Chewy Noodles.

The other day, I had a cup of instant chicken noodle soup.  Over the years, I have found that the trick to this instant soup is to let it steep a little before eating it.  And so I did with this package.  But even after a few minutes, I noticed that some of the noodles were just plain tough and chewy.

After I had finished with the soup, I checked the empty package and noted that it had expired in 2011.  Then I remembered that last time that I ate instant soup that had expired.  It had worms in it.

I wonder.
