The prosthetic leg, of the famous Mexican war general Santa Ana, resides in a museum in Springfield Illinois.  But, a museum in San Antonio Texas would like to have it returned to Texas.  And even though the leg has more to do with Texas history than Illinois history, it is the main attraction for the Springfield museum so they are not willing to give it up.   I am sure that the discussion is not yet over.
