I have sleep apnea so I have a CPAP machine that I use when sleeping. And this machine has a water reservoir which needs to be cleaned from time to time. In the past, I have used mouth wash to disinfect it. But, the mouth wash always left a minty flavor that I have come to detest. So, after some thought, I switched to lemon flavored vodka. It works very well and is quite pleasant to smell. And, if I get tired of lemon, there is a whole host of other vodka flavors to choose from.

Absolutely. I clean my CPAP hose Reservoir and mask with vodka despite all the BS admonishments that it will degenerate the plastic. That’s all you have to do is rinse after you clean with the vodka. My consumables last for months and months.
