A Taste of Italy.

The Chinese restaurant that I quite often go to for lunch has changed owners. The food has improved, the carpet has been replaced and the decor has been changed.

While the food is still Chinese, the decor is now Mediterranean. The pictures of Hong Kong have been replace with pictures of stucco houses sitting on hills sides over looking bodies of water.

The owner is a young, second generation Chinese. And while he can speak Chinese, his English is perfect. Maybe he will turn the place into a Bistro that serves Chinese food.
