It was unseasonably cold this morning at about 5 degrees.  As I was headed for town to get groceries, I met some guy on a motorcycle.

It wasn’t one of those fancy road bikes with a windshield and faring.  It was just a plain dirk bike.

Now, he was wearing a snowmobile suit so that did provide some comfort, but still, those suits aren’t that warm.  With the temperature at 5 degrees and going down the road at 55 mph, the wind chill must have been around -10 degrees.

I guess he was saving on gas but I would certainly think twice about going anywhere when it is that could.
