A California woman is suing a car manufacturer for poor gas millage.  It seems that while the new car that she bought is rated at 50 MPG, she is only getting about 25 MPG.  So, she is suing.

Well, either the car is defective or the Feds misstated the gas millage.

I hope that she has a lot of money for attorneys because this case it going to be expensive.
