A 16 year old girl is being charged with producing and distributing child pornography.  Who is the victim?  Why she is.  It seems that she was caught taking pictures of her self and emailing them to others.  Or, as it is called, Sexting.

Fortunately, because she is under age, she won’t have to testify against her self.
