Toilet Paper Er Toilet Rags.

Recently, a woman announced that she no longer buys toilet paper for her house.  Instead, she cuts up squares of fabric for use as toilet paper.  After the fabric is used, it is deposited in a special container, washed and then used again.  By doing this, she figures that she saves about $90 a year.

I suspect that she is the only one who uses the fabric wipes.  The rest of the family just use public restrooms instead.
