The bread recipe said that it would only take 8 hours from mixing to eating. So, I started it at noon. However, at midnight, the bread was finally finished. And while the timing of the recipe may have been a little off, at least the ingredients were correct.

My hot water heater has started to leak so I will probably need to replace it come spring. So to prepare my self for the sticker shock, I started checking out water heats at my local lumber store. Now, I am not sure why you would need to do this or why you would want to? I mean it is not like you are going to change the temperature of your water on a regular basis. And who cares if it is at 138 degrees instead of 140?
When you look at the dairy section in most grocery stores, you will see milk and cheese and butter and eggs. And while the milk and cheese and butter I can understand, what do eggs have to do with dairy? I mean, eggs don’t come from cows, eggs come from chickens. So why are they sold in the dairy section?
Our local newspaper is always arranging and rearranging the various sections of the paper in order to save money. And they are always relocating sections within sections. So, it is not uncommon the find the classifieds located in the business section while real estate is located in the Home section.
But, I was a little surprised when I noticed that they had placed the obituary s in the Entertainment section. So, depending on your outlook on life, I guess it could be entertainment .
