In planning our trip to Montreal, I was checking out some of the local eateries.  One cafe in particular specialized in giant crepes, bagels and mussels.  I wonder if the mussels are served with the crepes and bagels?

In Spain, some debt collectors dress up in costumes in order to humiliate the debtor.  And, one of the favorite costumes is Zorro.  I guess that stand to reason since Zorro was Spanish.  I wonder if they also dress up as Cardinal Ximenes?

A local Mexican restaurant is advertising free sombreros on your birthday.  And while I have not seen the sombreros, I suspect that they are going to be on the small side.

I needed the marriage license for my first marriage in order to collect social security for my late wife.  Unfortunately, I was not able to find it so I had to get another copy from the county.  And while I couldn’t find my marriage license, I did fine my birth certificate that I couldn’t find when I applied for a passport.  Amazing!!

I recently discovered that I can draw on my late wife s social security.  I always thought that it was lost.  What a nice surprise!

In some areas of Washington state, it is illegal to hunt Sasquatch.  Of course, marijuana is legal in Washington state so I guess that explains the hunting ban.

An older monkey couple at the zoo who were supposedly too old to have babies, gave birth.  I guess that they are not the only primate to have such a surprise.

A local fire department woke up one morning to discover that there was a naked woman sleeping on one of their trucks.  Fortunately, there were no fires and the woman left before they could figure out how she got there.

When I was a kid, our playgrounds had swings and monkey bars and teeter totters and slides.  But now days, you are hard pressed to find these items on playgrounds.  It is hard to imagine that we survived.

Recently, I noticed that the cat was chasing a rabbit in our backyard.  So, I opened the door to yell at the cat to leave the rabbit alone.  The next thing that I know, the cat has chased the rabbit into the house.  But, since the cat was better at navigating stairs than the rabbit, the chase quickly ended.

When I caught up to them, both the cat and the rabbit were exhausted.  So I picked up the rabbit and put it outside.  This whole thing ended better that I has anticipated.
