Darden has announced their plan to buy the Chedders restaurant chain.  Since I don’t particularly care for the food that Chedders serves, maybe Darden can improve their menu.

Sears is complaining that they can’t compete with Amazon’s mail order operation.  I find it ironic since Sears started out as a mail order operation but discontinued that program a few years back in favor of store fronts.  Sears has been making bad business decisions for number of years now.  I suspect that they won’t be around much longer.

The ad for the wireless alarm system claims that they do not put any unnecessary holes in your walls.  Does that imply that wired alarm systems do put unnecessary holes in your walls?

Where ever there is a disaster, there is always some one waiting to scam money from the public.  So it was no surprise when a someone was arrested for soliciting money to help the children of the Flint water problem.  And while she collected the money, she kept it for her self.  What a nice person.

I don’t eat much candy but I do enjoy an occasional Peanut M & M.  So, I buy them in the 4 pound zip lock bag and store them in the cupboard.  Then when I feel like an M & M, I grab a hand full from the bag.  But, I was surprised the other day that not only were all of my M & M gone, so was the bag.  I now hide them.

I work security at our church.  And while we use radios for communications, sometimes the transmissions are a little garbled.  So some of us got a little excited when the report of a man with a diaper bag sounded a lot like a man with a sniper bag.

I saw these in the store.  There are two per box, I guess one for each ear.  Might come in handy for reading during a power outage.  I wonder if they are made from ear wax?

I guess when it comes to cheese, five is better than four.  Or is it?

Apparently Jack Fruit is not a big seller.  I am not even sure how to eat it.
