An while it wasn’t a “white Christmas”, I didn’t complain.  Especially when I received my monthly heating bill.

It used to be that there was only one type of cooking spray. Now there are over a dozen.  Some for baking and some for grilling and some for just plain cooking.  I wonder how long it will be until we have specialized shortening.?

The Thanksgiving turkeys have given way to some real food in the frozen meat case.  I wonder if that is the same package that they had last year?

The road in front of my house had a lot of pot holes in it.  And the City got tired of patching them.  So, the City decided to rip up the black top and replace it with dirt.  Now, the City spends several hours a month grating and re-grating the dirt.  So, this is progress?
