Not only is this an art exhibition, it is also home to the artist.  Personally, I would be afraid that some vandals might roll it, artist and all, into the river.

This is in a field next to some art.  I am not sure if it is art or play house for kids.  Or, maybe it is a giant Christmas ornament.
